These tattoos are usually solid, unicolored and the patterns are made out of dots. From a distance, dotwork tattoos are made up of shades, lines, and images. Taking a closer look, you will find they are all very well separated from each other. The patterns are typically black and grayscale and most often used for supplementation, but they are also beautiful in color or individually.
